I have set up "easy-click" search catagories for each of the Phoenix west valley active retirement communities listed below. Search categories are set up by price, square footage, golf course properties, condos, homes with pools, etc. The only search catagory I am unable to create,  using the format provided by my website host, is a search for specific models or floorplans. That's where custom searches through our Arizona Regional MLS (ARMLS) comes in. If you have a favorite model (or several) that you want to concentrate on, I can easily set you up with a customized search through ARMLS. You will then have the ability to monitor neighborhood activity on homes that meet your specific search criteria. This includes, among other things, price reductions, pending sales & new listings as soon as they come on the market. The customized search is not limited to people who have a floorplan preference however. This is an excellent tool for anyone serious about buying in a particular community or area.
